Linda on her Virago

Hi!, I really don’t know where to start. As far as our business is concerned, Ross and his guys make everything we sell in his shop. It all starts with a stick of aluminum and ends up being a gorgeous clock or thermometer that I am really proud to mail to you. Ross does all of our anodizing as well and our chromed pieces are done in California. (Thanks Mike! You and your folks do such a great job for us!)  If you call us, most likely, I’ll be the one to answer.

I manage headquarters and take care of shipping and the phone orders. Lots of people ask me if I ride too, and, yes I do. I have had several bikes and right now I have a 1999 Yamaha Virago which I have been wanting for a while. Ross always tells me you have to be "one with the bike" and I never felt like that with my last bike, so when a nice fellow offered to buy it, I jumped on the chance to get what I really wanted.

And if you have a minute please take a look at my Boutique. I have picked out quite a few "gifts for the girls" I hope you will take a look and get one for your sweetie.

A patent-holder and avid rider, Ross Harjes is the founder of Clocks4Bikes.
Ross "endured" several careers along the way and has experience in long haul trucking, publishing and advertising. Looking to make a change to a simpler life, he bought a CNC mill and lathe, put 'em in his shop out in the country, taught himself how to use them and began making his clocks and thermometers. The year was 2001.
In true "Ross fashion" he found a niche: custom motorcycle parts that work, look "factory" and add function. Easy to install and affordable also describe his clocks and thermometers. From day one, his mission was to give customers the best service possible, as if they were family. You see, Ross is old school, and he believes there is no reason whatsoever why a company can't be responsive to their customers in every way. He promises to keep everyone happy for 3 years (even if you lose it!). And, we've been doing this long enough now that he has proven he really does put his money where his mouth is.
I am so glad you have taken a minute to look around our site. If you have questions or comments, please don't hesitate to give us a call. We'd like the chance to get to know you a little better too!

We live in rural Madison County, Mississippi with our 14 year old son, 3 dogs and 4 cats (2 stay in the shop). We have two daughters busy conquering the world!

Thanks for listening, Linda
